Day-By-Day Program: 

DAY 1          Welcome to St. Petersburg

Arrive St. Petersburg. Private car transfer to the hotel. Balance of the day at leisure. Overnight

DAY 2          A Must For Everyone

Today your guide will take you on a half day panoramic City Highlights tour. Your sightseeing tour features most noteworthy sites of this elegant city including views of the Winter Palace, the Admiralty, St. Isaac’s Cathedral, Palace Square, the Church on the Spilled Blood, Mariinsky Theatre, fashionable Nevsky Prospect, a network of canals and waterways, grand palaces, noble mansions and much more!
Continue your tour with a visit inside the historical Peter-and-Paul Fortress, the oldest structure of St. Petersburg, where Russia’s Emperors and Romanov dynasty family members lie buried

DAY 3         Grandeur & Brilliance

Today you will be touring the world famous Hermitage Museum. Started by Catherine the Great as a private art collection, the Hermitage grew into a world-class museum. It is easily comparable to the Louvre or the British Museum in the wealth and diversity of its holdings. Over 2 million art and history exhibits are displayed in its splendid halls and galleries. Leonardo da Vinci, Titian, El Greco, Rembrandt, Rubens, Renoir and Picasso are only a few of the artists represented here

DAY 4          Russian Versailles

Today you will travel with your guide outside of St. Petersburg to Petrodvorets (Peterhof), the Summer Palace of Peter the Great, on the Gulf of Finland.
With its vast vista of landscaped gardens, fountains & statuary, it surpasses the beauty of Versailles that served as an inspiration for Peter the Great

DAY 5          Playground of the Czars

Today travel outside of St. Petersburg to Pushkin to visit the gorgeous Catherine’s Palace with its famous Amber Room. Marvel at the sumptuous interior of its rooms, the most opulent of them being the Amber Room

In the evening perhaps attend the theatre performance at one of the first class theatres of St. Petersburg. We'll gladly help you get the tickets to the performance of your choice. Transfers to / from the theatre can also be arranged

DAY 6   See You Again

Today your tour ends. Transfer to the airport is included
