Day-By-Day Program: 



Day 1, Sun       Arrive in Helsinki

Welcome to Helsinki, a vibrant seaside city of over 300 beautiful islands and great green parks. The city is known for being laid back, but active enough in growing numbers and quality of restaurants and nightclubs.  

Land in Helsinki and get transferred on your own to the Glo Art Hotel **** (or similar). Tonight join fellow guests for a welcome meeting


Day 2, Mon     In Helsinki

Today your City tour takes you around the harbors, the Senate Square with Lutheran Cathedral, along the central Mannerheim Street, by the Parliament building, the Finlandia Hall and the Sibelius monument and for a visit inside The Church-in-the-Rock.

In the afternoon you will be offered an optional tour to Seurasaari open-air museum, an oasis in the midst of the city, with farmsteads, manors and cottages from around Finland   


Day 3, Tue      Helsinki - Saint-Petersburg

Today travel 390 km by coach to St. Petersburg. Cross the border with Russia and make a brief stop at the border town of Vyborg for a photo opportunity at Vyborg Castle.

Arrive in St. Petersburg in late afternoon and check-in at the Sokos Vasilievsky hotel **** for a 3 nights' stay 


Day 4, Wed    In Saint-Petersburg   

Today you will be introduced to city's mos noteworthy landmarks including the the beautiful views of the fashionable Nevsky Prospect lined up with marble mansions and palaces, the Admiralty, Kazan cathedral, the Winter Palace with its historic Palace Square, the Church on the Spilled Blood, The statue of the Bronze Horseman, the Spit of Vasilievsky Island with a breathtaking view from the opposite bank of the Neva river of downtown area with the Hermitage museum buildings and the golden dome of  the spectacular St. Isaac's. 

In the afternoon you will be offered an optional trip outside of St. Petersburg to the suburban town of Pushkin to visit the exquisite Catherine's Palace with its famous Amber Room.

In the evening a possibility to attend the popular Folklore Shore at one of downtown palaces of St. Petersburg


Day 5, Thu      In Saint-Petersburg

To reinforce your impressions of grandeur and brilliance of Russian czars lifestyle, you will be offered an optional trip to Peterhof, Russia's Versailles, on the Gulf of Finland, to visit the Summer imperial residence of Peter the Great, and the fascinating surrounding gardens with statues, fountains and pavilions


Day 6, Fri        St. Petersburg - Moscow

Free time in the morning before you are transferred to rail station to take your 4-hour High Speed Day train to Moscow, an open concept car service

Upon arrival, you are transferred to the central Park Inn Sadu Hotel **** (or similar)


Day 7, Sat      In Moscow 

Moscow might easily surprise you with the scale and scope of changes the capital city has undergone over the last decade.

To give you the first taste of Russia's intriguing capital,  today you will be offered an introductory City Highlights tour. View the historic Red Square, Kremlin panorama from Moskva river embankment, the stylish Tverskaya Street, city's main thoroughfare, the renovated Bolshoi theatre, Sparrow Hill and the Cathedral of Christ the Savior are just a selection of the landmarks you will see.  You will also be taken behind the Kremlin walls to explore the territory of the Kremlin Grounds, where you will visit inside one of the historic cathedrals, vie Czar's Cannon and Czar's Bell, both being the largest in the world.    

In the afternoon you will offered a choice of tours to explore the world famous Moscow Metro,  Moscow By Night tour or a visit to the artsy Old Arbat street


Day 8, Sun     In Moscow 

 Today you either continue exploring Moscow on your own or you might join a half-day trip outside of Moscow to the Russian Orthodox equivalent of Vatikan, a medieval town of Sergiev Posad, on the Golden Ring, to visit The Trinity Monastery of St. Sergius, the spiritual centre of Russian Orthodoxy


Day 9, Mon     Depart Moscow 

After breakfast, your tour ends. Individual arrangements to get to airport to fly home
