 Day-By-Day Program: 

Day 1:           Arrive Dubrovnik, Sunday    

Welcome to Dubrovnik, the darling of the Dalmatian Coast. Upon arrival, you will be transferred to Gruz harbor where embarkation to your cozy deluxe boat begins at noon. Get settled and later attend a Welcome Reception on board

Day 2:          Dubrovnik - Mljet, Monday    

Start the day with a walking tour of Dubrovnik focusing on its Old Town. You will visit the Rector's Palace and Franciscan monastery with the famous Pharmacy before returning to the boat for lunch. 

As you dine, set sail for Mljet Island. Mljet National Park features five types of forest, many species of birds, and two deep lakes, Veliko Jezero (Big Lake) and Malo Jezero (Small Lake). This amazing island was supposedly a favorite spot for Greek hero Ulysses. Evening at leisure. (B, L)

 Return to the boat for lunch and leave for the island of Hvar.  Hvar is one of the most popular and longest islands in the Adriatic. Get introduced to the city's landmarks with a city tour featuring Europe's first theatre, the Franciscan monastery and much more. Evening is free for independent activities (B,L) 


Day 3:          Mljet - Korčula, Tuesday          

 After breakfast enjoy a spectacular coastal scenery while we sail to Koula. Lunch on board. Early afternoon arrive in Korčula believed to be the birthplace of the famous explorer Marco Polo. Take a walking tour through its winding cobbled streets and visit the majestic Gothic Baroque Cathedral of St. Mark. Evening is free to explore the town on your own (B,L)


Day 4:          Korčula - Vela Luka, Wednesday 

This morning we sail along the beautiful island of Korčula with a scenic stop for swimming. After lunch on board, disembark in Vela Luka and depart for an afternoon Korčula Island tour featuring the visit of the olive oil factory, Barilo Ethno Museum and local winery to taste some local wine and cheese. Return to the ship for an evening at leisure (B,L) 


Day 5:          Vela Luka - Vis, Thursday         
This morning we cruise towards Vis island, arguably one of the most beautiful islands off the Croatian coast. The small historic town of Vis, the antique Issa, was founded around 397 BC. Our tour of Vis features town's waterfront and its spectacular untouched nature. Evening at leisure (B,L)

Day 6:          Vis - Hvar - Stari Grad, Friday 
Continue our cruise towards Hvar, one of the most popular islands in the Adriatic and a meeting point for the international jet set. The Croatian Madeira is also one of the longest islands stretching along the shores of Croatia. A sightseeing tour of Hvar features the first public theatre in Europe (older than Shakespeare's theatre in the UK), the Franciscan Monastery and many more historical sights. Sail on to Stari Grad for an overnight. Captain's dinner with live entertainment aboard the ship tonight (B,L,D)


Day 7:          Stari Grad - Bol - Split, Saturday 
Sail to Bol, home to one of the best beaches in Croatia, the Golden Horn. 

Today arrive in Bol, a popular tourist destination and a cozy town on the island of Brač, for a short visit. Bol is also renowned as home to one of the best beaches in Croatia, the Golden Horn. for its most popular beach, the Zlatni Rat, said to be the best in Croatia. Enjoy a relaxing swim here.    

The water at Zlatni Rat is clear and fun to swim in. The beach is famous for a phenomenon that tourists might be lucky to witness: the Cape is composed mostly of pebble rock that visibly shifts and changes its shape with the winds and a tide. Return to the boat for lunch. 

As you enjoy lunch on board, we continue sailing to Split. In Split enjoy a walking tour of the historic inner city built around the Roman Emperor Diocletian's Palace, a UNESCO World Heritage site. See the remnants of Split's Roman heritage, its Renaissance and Gothic structures, Jupiter's Temple, the Peristyle, and the Cathedral. Evening is free (B,L)


Day 8:          Split - Opatija, Sunday  

Disembark after breakfast, bidding farewell to your crew. Travel by a private coach north for a visit to Plitvice Lakes National Park, UNESCO World Heritage site. Have your camera ready as you take a walking tour around some of the lower lakes. Enjoy the breathtaking scenery of this natural wonder with its 16 terraced lakes surrounded by wooded mountain and lush vegetation. Continue to Opatija for a walk along the Lungo Mare, Seaside Promenade, and view the city's famous villas and other sights. Dinner at hotel (B,D)


Day 9:          In Opatija: Day trip to Pula & Rovinj, Monday   

Today the tour heads to Pula for an orientation tour of this strategic port. Also visit the Amphitheater, the sixth largest of its kind still in existence. On to the beautiful resort of Rovinj. Free time to explore the Old Town and its narrow lanes before we continue to Porec, for a visit to the Basilica of Euphrasius, a UNESCO World Heritage site. Return to Opatija. Evening is free (B)


Day 10:          Opatija - Postojna - Venice, Tuesday   

After breakfast travel to Slovenia and visit the unique and beautiful Postojna Cave, one of the largest in Europe. Tour this fantastic subterranean world by miniature electric train. Continue on to Venice, with its idyllic setting on 119 islands (B) 

Day 11:          Venice, Wednesday                                  

We start our exploration of Venice with a boat ride to Murano island famous for its artistic glassware. Visit a glass blowing factory where master craftsmen will demonstrate to you their technique of traditional Venetian glass blowing. Then on to St. Mark's Square, for a walking tour visiting St. Mark's Basilica and the Doge's Palace. Enjoy views of the Bell Tower and Bridge of Sighs.

Balance of the day is free to explore Venice on your own, shop or perhaps take an optional gondola ride. In the evening gather for a Farewell Dinner with your new friends (B,D)


Day 12:          Depart Venice, Thursday   

After breakfast your tour ends. Transfer to airport (B)
